Renae manages the Client Care Team at Village. She loves to read and is always looking for new hikes to do with her fiance!

Nicole genuinely cares about healthy lifestyles for herself and others. She has a Bachelors in Applied Exercise and Sports Science from Azusa Pacific University and NASM. She's also a proud cat mom and avid hiker!

Eleisha is a fitness coach. She loves movement, spending time with her husband Thor and their son.

Teach Me How To “Dug-Ghee”
The name of this core value is an inside joke. Essentially it means we love our clients really well. We go above and beyond to serve them and take incredible care of them.

We take fitness, physical therapy, and nutrition really seriously. But we also like to have fun.
Counter cultural rest
Every 13th week, we close our business for a week of rest. Our clients get a week off from workouts for their bodies to recover. Our staff gets a week off from work. Then, we come back for another 12 weeks of working purposefully towards our goals.
we Call out fears
Everything you want lies just outside of your comfort zone. Our culture is far too comfortable. We have temperature controlled cars and homes, Netflix plays the next episode at the touch of a button, and Uber Eats drops food at our houses. But to be healthy, we need to do things that are uncomfortable. We need to confront our fears head on. We need an ally and a coach to guide us in this.
